RESERVATIONS

While not always necessary in our terms and conditions, advance reservations are strongly recommended for all trips. However, at times you can just show up and find a ticket available on the trip of your choice.

DEPOSITS

A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations. All reservations are tentative without a deposit. Half Day, 3/4 Day, Full Day, and Overnight trips require payment in full at time of booking. Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express are accepted on single ticket open party fares. If you fish often, you may want to keep a floating deposit with the landing. Call the landing office for details. A Security Deposit in the form of either cash or a credit card is required on rental tackle.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations for 1/2 Day, ¾ Day, Full Day, and Overnight open party trips require a 72 hour notice to cancel, or the 50% deposit is forfeited. 3-hour whale watching reservations require a 24 hour notice to cancel, or the deposit/voucher is forfeited.

Cancellations for 1.5 or 2 Day open party trips require a 7 day notice to avoid forfeiture of the 50% deposit. Cancellations for 2.5 Day, or longer, open party trips require a 30 day notice to avoid forfeiture of the 50% deposit.

H&M Landing reserves the right to make whatever changes in any given trip that circumstances dictate, including cancellation for under-subscriptions, changes in the itinerary due to weather or other conditions, unavailability of boat or substitution of boat as deemed necessary. Departure times may vary. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

The Cancellation Policy on private charters may vary. Responsibility: All boats operating from H&M landing are privately owned and operated.
