The Bluefin Tuna have been 30-100+ pounds. We cannot stress enough that you bring the proper set ups, unfortunately there were a lot of fish lost! You need at a minimum of 30-40 pound test on up to 100 pounds. 8 oz. sinker rigs, 160 gram and up Flat fall jigs and 2/0 to 4/0 hooks! If you don’t have the rods you need we have plenty here for rent!
The Grande has had awesome Yellowtail fishing on their full day trips fishing the Coronado Islands! They depart daily at 5:30 AM! (passport required) BOOK NOW

Happening at H&M Landing…
The Old Glory, Poseidon, and Legend departed Friday, all heading offshore on the hunt for Bluefin Tuna and Yellowtail. Early reports from our captains have Bluefin on deck, more hanging, good weather and the whole day ahead for more! We will bring you details as they come in!
The Poseidon has reported in with 18 Bluefin, the Old Glory has reported 13 Bluefin and the Legend has reported 18 Bluefin on deck ranging 35-100 lbs as of 7pm!
Grande departed this morning heading to the Coronado Islands after Yellowtail and Premier is out on the local scene fishing for Rockfish, Bass, Sculpin, and such.
We wish everyone ‘Tight Lines” and look forward to early reports and final catch reports.

LIMITS OF BLUEFIN!
Old Glory departed at 7 PM last night with 30 passengers on a 1-1/2 Day hunt for Bluefin Tuna.
HOOK UP! Limits Before Breakfast- 60 Bluefin on Deck! Captain Kley reports an average size of 40 lbs with the smallest catch at about 20 and the biggest at about 60. A whole day ahead is opportunity for Old Glory to explore fishing grounds, look for kelps, so far they have 26 Yellowtail on board! The next 1-1/2 Bluefin hunt on Old Glory departs Friday, April 12 at 7 PM. This trip will sell out- Book Today! (No passport needed) (Going for sure!)
